Returns / Damage Products
Each and every one of our candles is meticulously handcrafted with love and care. While minor aesthetic variations may occur, rest assured that they have no impact on the exceptional performance of our candles.
For online purchases, we kindly ask you to understand that all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns based on personal fragrance preferences or expectations of the candle's hot throw.
In the unlikely event that your candles are damaged during transit by the carrier, we are here to help. To initiate a replacement, please provide us with the necessary information including pictures of the shipping box, detailed candle images from different angles, your order number, as well as your name and address.
Please note that candles damaged due to mishandling by the customer will not be eligible for replacement. We encourage you to handle our candles with the utmost care and caution.
